In a changing media landscape, she worked first in television and for independent theatre productions. 2009, Ana directed the documentary \u201cTo my brother in exile \u2013 the Stalinist era told through the letters of Vladimir Ghika, prince, priest and martyr\u201d, a Romanian-French co-production, awarded by UCIN. He developed a passion for scriptwriting during his university years (Polytechnics in Cluj-Napoca). With his first script he managed to get selected in a pitching session at Transilvania International Film Festival in 2008. That was the moment that made him want to become a scriptwriter. Since 2009 he has been living n Cyprus where he works as an engineer, takes care of a garden, plays ultimate Frisbee and writes scripts. His next step is London or maybe Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p><strong> GEORGIANA-ADRIANA VOICU &#8211; Escape your life<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Georgiana-Adriana Voicu was born in 1980 in Bucharest. With a master\u2019s degree in Economics, she chose instead to work as PR Manager until 2010 and then as Online Marketing Consultant until 2014. In 2011 she took acting classes and starred in a short film, and also screenwriting classes and wrote her first short film screenplay: Yes, I am a jerk!. Between 2014-2015 she wrote three more screenplays for short films: Smells like freedom, You either know it or you don\u2019t, Fear makes you stupid.<\/p>\n<p><strong> IOANA MORARU &#8211; Inside<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ioana is 26 years old. She is from Bucharest. After high-school, she went to med school, but gave it up in her fourth year, simply because she didn\u2019t like it. It was a hard decision, considering the fact that she had invested so much energy and time into it. Now she is in her last year in film school, studying scriptwriting and film theory. She wants to write scripts, but film theory also occupies a great deal of her attention, since for the past three years she has been a constant contributor to Film Menu, a film magazine edited by film students.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">DAN RADU MIHAI &#8211; Survivor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dan Radu MIHAI is a Romanian director and scriptwriter. After 15 years spent in advertising and publishing, he graduates the Media University of Cinematography and Television from Bucharest in 2009. Since then he directed several short films and commercials. His last short film, Sthorzina, which has been selected in the International Competition of Clermont Ferrand in 2015, is the first part of a trilogy dedicated to the age between childhood and teenage. The second part (Striptease) will be shoot in September 2015. Now he is working at developing his first feature (Survivor).<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">RUXANDRA GHI\u021aESCU &#8211; Otto The Barbarian<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ruxandra Ghitescu(born 21 july 1981, Constanta, Romania) is a romanian visual artist, graduate student of the Media Art School, Hochschule fur Gestaltung in Karlsruhe, Germany (2012). She directed more short films selected in international film festivals like Sofia International Film Festival, Cottbus International Film Festival, Transilvania International Film Festival, Cork Film Festival, Lago Film Festival and others. As a scriptwriter she was one of the attendants of \u201cSecvente\u201d feature development workshop, tutors Razvan Radulescu, Alex Baciu- Bucharest 2012 and Script Circle-Solace 23, Berlin (Franz Rodenkirchen). In 2014, she was a participant at Transilvania Talent Lab, Cluj Napoca and at Sarajevo Talents, Sarajevo International Film Festival and in 2015 at Berlinale Talents.
